3 Secrets Your Sponsor Is Not Telling You About Network Marketing Recruiting Revealed

by admin on June 15, 2010

All too often the full truth about network marketing recruiting is never told to the new distributor.  Often, they try very hard in the beginning only to be disappointed because they were not properly equipped with the knowledge about what MLM recruiting is and what they are selling is really all about.

First, its not about how great product is.  Often we are told in network marketing recruiting that some of our products are so good, they literally sell themselves.
The truth of the matter is, what is really important is how you market that product.  You could have the best product in the world, but without the ability to market it to the right people, your success will be limited.

Here is an analogy that can be applied to network marketing recruiting.  If you look at the McDonalds corporation, they have one of the best examples of marketing on the planet.  While they have a decent product, it isn’t the best on the market.  They have a superior marketing plan and execute it better than anyone else, and are more successful than anyone else in their industry.

Second, your network marketing recruiting prospect doesn’t really care about your compensation plan.  They really don’t.  What they do care about though is how much money they can reasonably make in the quickest amount of time.

Any given company could have an excellent MLM compensation plan, but if a new recruit isn’t shown in turn how to either sell or recruit himself, even the best compensation plan is meaningless to that prospect.

Third, another hidden fact in network marketing recruiting is that its not about talking to enough people, its about talking to the right people.

Many times, those new to network marketing recruiting are taught to tell anyone and everyone about their company and their products.  The real trick is to talk to the right people.

Those who are looking for a good opportunity.  Think of what kind of specific benefit that either your product or your business has to offer.  Who would most benefit from that?  Those are the right kind of people to be talking to.

In terms of recruiting business partners, does the person have a propensity for entrepreneurship?  Does the MLM prospect have a desire to create more wealth in their life?  Do they have a need for additional cash to supplement income or the loss of income?
