What’s going on everybody. This is Landon Stewart If you ask a person that just quit network marketing, why he gave up, you could almost bet some money on the fact that he will say his network marketing recruiting just plain sucked.

He might tell you that yeah, he could get some people to come to his website. He even made a couple of friends a long the line, but he just couldn’t bring them into his business.

It doesn’t matter how many people you have coming to a website, if you can’t convert them into sales or distributors you are not going to make any money.

Now recruiting is just a term. I try to stay away from it just because I believe that a prospect should sell themselves on me, not the other way around.

Your autoresponder emails just are not going to cut it anymore.

I know that you hate to hear it, but it is true.

Now autoresponders are great, and it does the first part for you.

It breaks down the barriers. As long as you are providing valuable information in each email that you send, you will no longer come off as a salesman. You will not come off as a person of trust and value.

Which is big in network marketing, but it just will not do everything for you.

You need to pick up the phone and call your prospects. Build real relationships with your list.

You don’t even have to pitch them on your business opportunity the first time that you talk to them. I mean there are no rules saying that you cannot pitch them, but you really don’t have to.

Just give them a short little interview to make sure that they are even worth your time, and actually offer them some free help..

I know sounds crazy right?

But that kind of stuff works.

It is like the whispering guy in the shouting room.

If you are ever in a room with a whole bunch of people, and everyone is yelling a screaming, try and whisper.

You will notice that everyone will turn and look because they WANT to hear what you have to say.

It’s authority.

Even if they don’t sign up for you opportunity today, it doesn’t really matter.

Even if they don’t sign up anytime this week, or next, who are they going to turn to when their company that they are in right now fails?

The guy that has been sending them emails for the past year, or the guy that they have laughed with on the phone for the past year?

Make sure you are continuesly staying connected with these people. Do NOT just call them one time, pitch them on yoru biz opp, and never talk to them again, if they decline your offer.

Stay connected, and build that relationship that is going to last.

The big thing here is..

Make sure you are only contacting the people that are worth your time.

Don’t waiste any time on the guy that has no dreams, no money, and is just

Invest your time into the people that have the ambitions, but the timing is just all wrong for RIGHT NOW.

Don’t try anything else. It’s really that simple all you really want is to break the ice to make sure that your prospect is’nt afraid to call you and to establish a relationship.

When I first got started with my opportunity I tried all the old techniques and cold calling prospects more than anything else would frighten the hell out of me.

I’d be shaking my voice would break and the conversation would be over almost as soon as it had begun.

I however got over it as soon as I developed a system of prospecting and being more confident with myself I was able to sign up truckload of people.

But with terrible attriton rates no one stuck however that’s another story for another day.

I was not ready to being a real entrepreneur. I l was not ready to fulfill any kind of promise that would consist of not having a regular nine to five hourly job.

Things have changed dramatically since then in my mindset for network marketing recruiting after pain and error. I have ultimately tried everything and failed at almost everything.

You will find an overload of information on the internet on network marketing based systems, web sites, and traffic sources, along with training for the industry in a massive influx of information on these.

What I have learned through the mlm years is that the system does matter. The company does matter. The market and the marketing does matter. The lead process and generation does matter.
